M&A Integration Manager for Acquisition in Medical Devices Space

A multinational medical company specializing in eye care products acquired a medical device firm and needed help streamlining the global integration plan across four international markets in EMEA and APAC. They sought an experienced integration manager to lead customer operation initiatives and develop and implement the integration plan.

Business Talent Group paired the client with a former A.T. Kearney principal with experience leading post-merger integration activities across Europe. The talent worked to assess risks and actions related to the integration, identify strategic options, and build business cases, recommend ideal commercialization options, and lead the transition of services from the acquiree.
