An operating partner of a large private equity firm contacted Business Talent Group (BTG) in need of a PMO to lead an integration between a carbon credit developer and a renewable natural gas marketing and environmental commodities company. The client needed an expert who could create a state-of-business overview and process flows, lead back-office and human capital integrations, and develop a unified selling motion and financial reporting process.

BTG answered the call with a former Alvarez & Marsal & Oliver Wyman and Wharton MBA consultant bringing 25 years of advisory and management consulting experience for PE-backed industrial companies.
