Oncology Research and Drug Discovery PM for Additional Capacity

The Discovery Research Project Team within the Clinical Development business unit at an F200 pharma company was stretched thin and needed additional project management capacity support for multiple assets moving from drug discovery through Phase I.

Business Talent Group (BTG) provided a former Roche Global Project Manager with extensive experience leading global cross-functional teams in drug discovery and early drug development programs with specific expertise in small molecules and biologics drug development. The consultant supported the cross-functional execution of multiple integrated development plans by managing timelines, cost, quality, and risk mitigation. This also included maintaining project timelines, minutes, and agendas, and preparing materials for meetings and internal team documents. Finally, the consultant provided an experienced third-party perspective on helping to shape the project strategy and drive optimal decisions for the broader portfolio value.
