Business Talent Group (BTG) deployed a former Accenture and EY manager who is a highly experienced CoC executive to fill this interim role. The executive successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive vision for quality care across the continuum, led regional utilization management and care management operations, and ensured seamless transitions between care settings. Additionally, the interim leader provided strategic recommendations to drive key initiatives and improve overall performance. The talent’s strategic leadership and operational expertise were instrumental in supporting the company’s turnaround and achieving the firm’s objectives of improved quality of care, enhanced operational efficiency, and significant cost savings.
