Mike Doherty is a supply chain educator and consultant, co-author of "Flowcasting the Retail Supply Chain," and co-founder of Demand Clarity (http://demandclarity.com). His client, Princess Auto Ltd, was the first retailer to fully implement the Flowcasting process and manage its entire, extended business to a single set of numbers.
