Interim Compensation and Benefits Lead for a Multi-Level Talent Gap

June 14, 2021 Summer Foote

A global financial services company was expanding its HR team and already in the process of hiring a head of total rewards when the company’s head of compensation and benefits resigned to pursue other opportunities. With two positions in flux and so many critical HR responsibilities to meet, the company’s head of talent contacted Business Talent Group (BTG) looking for an experienced temporary leader who could lead across both open roles.

BTG provided an interim global compensation and benefits consultant with extensive experience that included numerous HR leadership positions across the financial services industry in investment banking, retail and commercial banking, fintech and SaaS firms, private equity and venture capital firms, and wealth management. With a capable leader at the helm, the head of talent was able to freely focus on the hiring process for both open positions.
