Senior Marketing Project Leader to Cover a Family Leave Gap in Retail

When the senior director of marketing at an ecommerce apparel retailer went on family leave, our client sought a senior marketing project manager to tackle cross-functional marketing initiatives during the leadership gap. The team needed a strong marketer who possessed extensive email marketing experience and could drive cross-functional work to support customer retention, loyalty programs, and promotions for the remainder of the year (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and seasonal holiday promotions).

Business Talent Group (BTG) found a seasoned marketing operations and growth leader with over 15 years of experience spanning continents and industries. Her global perspective allows her to build robust brand voices and strategies, execute effective roadmaps and initiatives, and ensure a cohesive customer journey. This leader took interim ownership of customer retention channels and cross-functional projects (including re-platforming as the company switched email service providers), loyalty programs, and end-of-year promotions.
