Project Management for HCP Digital Marketing

The Rare Disease HCP marketing team at a F200 biopharma company was preparing for a significant product launch during the COVID-19 pandemic and required a strong, execution-oriented project manager to support the digitization of their HCP marketing activities, including the integration of a new CRM system.

Business Talent Group (BTG) provided a former Publicis Health marketer and project manager with deep digital marketing and CRM experience from two leading multinational pharma companies. The consultant ensured that HCP marketing content remained consistent with brand messaging and that the final Open-Label Extension (OLE) data was successfully distributed to the sales organization. They also oversaw the HCP program execution, national sales meeting and speaker program execution, inventory management, SOP documentation for the CRM and inventory management processes, and the management of corporate sponsorships while supporting this initiative.
