Interim CFO and CHRO for a High-Growth Sanitation Company

An ultraviolet radiation start-up—which has germ-killing, water-purification, and indoor agriculture/cannabis applications—was growing exponentially and preparing to go public. However, the company’s finance and HR functions weren’t ready for the large-scale growth and major transition.
