A PE firm found itself in need of an interim C-level executive during a time of great change—the CEO of its recently integrated $600M travel and hospitality company had left abruptly right after acquiring a global insurance company. BTG found a former EVP at Wyndham Hotel Group and Travelport, who stepped in to stabilize performance and employee morale, revitalize marketing focus, and execute on the remainder of the integration plan. The company was successfully exited three years later.
