An F500 apparel retailer was digitizing its end-to-end design and manufacturing process. To keep this important but temporary transformation on track, the head of innovation turned to BTG in search of a part-time program manager.

We delivered a skilled retail specialist with a degree in fashion design and experience managing product operations as part of an F10 retailer’s sourcing team. Working 20-hour weeks over the course of the next year, she managed specific project streams for technology and supply chain, prepared content for monthly and quarterly governance reviews, and made sure all milestones were met.
