Strategic Growth Plan for a Restaurant Chain

A restaurant group was selling off one brand and needed to develop a robust strategic growth plan for the remaining brand (a fast casual regional chain) in advance of an upcoming board meeting. Under immense pressure and lacking internal capacity to synthesize the necessary information, the group reached out to Business Talent Group (BTG).

BTG provided a former CEO and management consultant with strategic planning expertise, who stepped in quickly and pulled together information to help the group determine how to grow beyond the regional market.
