As part of a larger digital transformation in commercial quality, an F200 pharma company needed leadership for a workstream to measure and enhance the upskilling of its quality and compliance team. The end goal of the project would be ensuring the team is effectively focused on improving patient, consumer, and customer experiences.
Business Talent Group (BTG) deployed a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive experience in continuous improvement and digital transformation within the healthcare and pharma industries. The consultant developed data-driven tools and processes to baseline the team’s activities, define metrics, and identify areas for improvement. He led the creation of automated measurement tools to track time spent on proactive vs. reactive tasks and coordinated with client SMEs to develop visualizations and dashboards that informed decision-making, ultimately advancing the organization’s digital ecosystem and upskilling efforts.
