In the midst of a company-wide reorganization, the Cell Therapy Market Access team at an F200 pharmaceutical company needed a value and access expert to support several projects. Looking for strategic input and leadership to help assess the access implications for both early pipeline assets in the company’s portfolio and external assets under consideration for potential acquisition and licensing, the VP of Cell Therapy Market Access turned to Business Talent Group.

BTG delivered a seasoned commercialization strategy and global market access executive to provide fully remote strategic and project management consulting. Collaborating with Early Asset and Global Market Access teams, she delivered recommendations on business development opportunities, conducted due diligence, and provided the planning necessary to bring informed, data-driven recommendations for pipeline prioritization and portfolio strategy.
