A global eCommerce company was trying to turn around its struggling UK business. Looking for an analytics expert to help assess problems and model potential solutions, the head of global strategy reached out to Business Talent Group.

We delivered a quantitatively minded growth specialist who’d led strategic initiatives both at McKinsey and at a major European financial services company. He began by reviewing the company’s UK financial performance over the past 5 years in each specific category and determining key drivers.
