The head of innovation at a major American bank was implementing a new CRM as part of an aggressive roadmap to make the company’s technology more scalable and efficient. Yet his team lacked the technical experience to lead this important initiative, and the project had fallen behind schedule. What’s more, in the hyper-competitive market for technology specialists, he was having trouble finding the right full-time resources to get things back on track.

We delivered an experienced technology transformation leader who could not just oversee day-to-day development efforts but manage the development of top-level plans and strategies. This executive had previously served as CTO of Total Wine and CIO of Office Depot. He had over 20 years of experience managing CRM programs and was well versed in agile methodologies, implementation, and leadership.

Over the course of the next six months, BTG’s independent executive worked to make the CRM roll-out a success, concluding his engagement after developing a high-level training roadmap.
