Manufacturing Leader to Open a New Beverage Plant in Canada

An end-to-end beverage company was opening a new plant in Canada to facilitate a new line of business and sought a seasoned operations leader to drive project execution and manage the commercialization of the new site. The COO wanted someone with engineering experience to assess and refine the already-developed project plan and provide on-the-ground support and guidance as the plant went live.

Business Talent Group (BTG) found the perfect-fit solution for the client, a hands-on process design specialist with deep expertise building greenfield manufacturing facilities from the ground up, leading supply chain turnarounds, and designing aseptic solution processes and equipment. Well-versed in all things sterilization—including facilities, equipment, components, processes, validation, and manufacturing—the talent led the overall gap assessment of the new plant’s operational capability and partnered with the internal PMO to ensure the establishment of key timelines, workstream owners, and the structuring and delegation of doable tasks.
