Optimizing Digital Channel Sell-Through

An F250 footwear and apparel company had to improve sell-through with key digital marketplaces (Instagram, Target+, etc.) ahead of big holidays but didn’t have time to make the full-time hire.

Business Talent Group (BTG) sent in a seasoned independent consultant and marketing leader with direct experience with buyers from Amazon, Target, Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Meijer, etc., as well as intimate knowledge of their SKU setup systems and POS systems. Over the course of the six-month project, the consultant onboarded five major brands onto new retail marketplaces—including optimizing 1,750+ products within three weeks—and developed data-driven strategies to improve sell-through and power the brands to new levels of growth.
