A dental benefits provider who was recently acquired by a large multiline insurance organization was seeking a consultant to backfill its existing VP of Claims Operations, who was busy fulfilling another key role leading a large data migration related to the acquisition. In this interim role, the talent would be responsible for managing the claims intake team and their day-to-day operations, as well helping the team to modernize its operations and improve its reporting and use of data.
