Marketing Transformation for FTSE 250 Trading Company

The Chief Marketing and Chief Product Officers at a FTSE 250 derivatives trading company were launching a transformation program to create a marketing function that could better support global strategies. They needed interim Heads of Marketing to drive the transformation project and lead the creation of five brand new functions.  

Business Talent Group provided two former executives to serve as interim Heads of Marketing. The first was a former Director of Strategic Insights and Planning at Sky and former Deloitte Senior Manager. The second was a former VP of Customer Information Marketing for American Express and former Principal Consultant at a leading global marketing agency.  

Together, the interim heads of Marketing worked with internal stakeholders to design and plan a new organizational and operational structure for the marketing function.
