A global healthcare company’s global supply chain team needed support on a multinational master data management transformation in the LATAM and APAC regions. They reached out to Business Talent Group (BTG) for a functional consultant to perform a business process mapping exercise, gap analysis, and solutions identification for the initial six-month strategy phase.
BTG engaged a former PwC consultant who specializes in global PMO establishment and operations, process design and implementation, and ongoing systems support, with extensive experience in project management, change management, and systems implementation—managing data flow requirements, master data management (MDM) initiatives, data warehousing and governance, and executing system rollouts. The talent provided business process maps and Fit Gap analyses for 21 markets, 3 sites, and 23 EMs in the APAC region across all functions, and also prepared, arranged, and coordinated change impact assessments as well as implementation and track mitigation plans.
