PM to Develop and Establish a 3-tier Life Sciences Governance Structure

An F500 life science client sought a seasoned strategy consultant with specific experience developing governance and operating models to establish a robust governance structure that detailed processes for their product surveillance function.

Business Talent Group (BTG) connected the client with a former Accenture consultant who assisted with structuring and operationalizing a 3-tier product surveillance governance structure that provided the holistic oversight desired. This project encompassed everything from medical information, pharmacovigilance, patient support programs, intake channels, and more via a governance operating model that included supporting processes, prioritization criteria, resource requirements, and budget. The consultant successfully established and handed off the new structure to the internal stakeholders along with the necessary trainings and communications that facilitated and smoothed the transition.
