A global healthcare company was two weeks past a go-live for a major SAP integration impacting their customer fulfillment process. The client reached out to Business Talent Group (BTG) hoping to assess the correct path for recovery and whether the client had the right sustainable system for future integrations.
BTG provided an executive with experience in ERP migrations, specifically SAP and Electronic Warehouse Management (EWM), who had led several multinational supply chain transformation projects for clients across the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and CPG industries.
