A VP at a major biopharma company was interested in defining his strategy in the neuroscience space. Looking for a more targeted way to assess the opportunity than big consulting firms could provide, he turned to BTG.

We deployed two ex-McKinsey life science strategists to develop a comprehensive therapeutic area strategy plan. Combining internal data with relevant secondary research, they worked with the client’s team to align around a defined set of priorities, establish target product profiles (TPPs) for each, and share with senior management.
