The supply chain team of an F500 pharmaceutical company needed support with a multinational master data management (MDM) transformation. The VP of Global Supply Chain reached out to Business Talent Group (BTG) seeking a functional consultant who could perform a business process mapping exercise and gap analysis that would result in the identification and presentation of solutions over the six-month strategy phase.
BTG delivered a former PwC consultant with extensive project management, change management, and systems implementation experience, including managing data flow requirements, MDM initiatives, data warehousing and governance, and executing system rollouts. The consultant assisted the global project manager with the governance and execution of the implementation across all functions in 21 markets, 3 sites, and 23 EMs. Additionally, the talent helped the global change management team coordinate workshops, consolidate and localize content, and develop change impact assessments and mitigation plans.
