Two Change Management Consultants to Track Critical Improvement Projects

An F500 pharmaceutical company was seeking talent to fill a compound development team leader role to drive the communication and tracking of critical improvement projects led by internal stakeholders. As such, the client wanted established consultants capable of implementing change management tools.

Business Talent Group (BTG) deployed a team of two: a change manager certified in Lean Six Sigma who had extensive transformation experience, and a seasoned strategic initiative project manager focused on commercial strategy and marketing—both with experience working with and for some of the world’s leading healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life science companies. The duo managed the cross-functional implementation of patient and site insight activities and supported the PMO in implementing change management tools and methods to enable ownership of processes and behaviors across all functions and levels, both within the organization and with key suppliers.
