HR Leader to Improve and Support a Talent Acquisition Strategy in IT

March 26, 2024 Rachel Halversen

A leading IT services provider had recently implemented a new internal IT operating model, creating a need to fill 100 open roles across the organization. To meet this acquisition target, the company needed help from a seasoned project manager to create a project plan and governance model, and then coordinate with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders to ensure progress in filling the role vacancies.

Business Talent Group (BTG) delivered a former Amazon and Accenture HR project manager and consultant with strong experience leading talent acquisition teams and spearheading HR restructures at a number of multinational organizations. The consultant implemented a multi-sprint design to increase direction and accountability while reducing barriers in the recruitment process, enabling the project team to quickly fill all outstanding open roles. The talent also compiled a set of recommendations and guidelines to maintain the process changes and streamline collaboration after the project concluded.
