Interim HR Leader to Drive Process and Culture Integration

When a private-equity-backed provider of labor market data acquired its biggest competitor, leaders knew they would face a challenge in their integration efforts. Not only did they need to develop new processes and policies for the now twice-as-large workforce, the two companies also held very different cultures that would need to be bridged to leverage their respective strengths.

Business Talent Group delivered a senior HR executive with experience at companies such as Microsoft, AT&T, Comcast, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Along with providing strategic guidance on resolving critical culture issues, the executive worked to cultivate the company’s internal talent bench and mobility, drive DE&I efforts, and enhance the employment brand to source and attract more great professionals to the organization. Additionally, the talent developed robust policies, processes, and leadership commitments to ensure employee growth, manage performance, and sustainably scale the workforce.

Along with these efforts focused on the broader workforce, the talent also worked to attract and recruit a long-term leader for the company’s HR function and define the support that leader would need to ensure success for the newly integrated company.
