Data Visualization for a Major Transformation

An F200 pharmaceutical company’s global portfolio management team—responsible for managing project portfolio capabilities across major transformations—required interim support for six months during a key team member’s parental leave. The team needed an experienced leader to maintain and advance their project portfolio management tools and reporting for senior leadership.

Business Talent Group (BTG) deployed a former senior director of IT shared services and business intelligence with deep experience in data visualization and portfolio management. The consultant built and maintained real-time dashboards and analytical tools, enabling transparent prioritization and optimization across the project portfolio. This allowed senior leadership to make timely, informed decisions during critical transformation initiatives.
