A nonprofit foundation in the final stages of updating their Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI) strategy shifted to a new structure that included expanded global program support, regional operations, and the creation of an executive management unit. After a management and governance review, they needed support to ensure the implementation of the new structure, which would include developing and codifying the Terms of Reference (TOR) for each of the included teams, clarifying and mapping the new org structure, sunsetting existing structures and procedures, and operationalizing new groups.
Business Talent Group (BTG) provided a hands-on strategy and operations executive with deep experience in the implementation of organizational transformations and restructures as well as shaping business strategies and delivering results in complex, global, and heavily regulated industries. The consultant supported internal stakeholders in assessing existing TORs, identifying and addressing gaps, documenting recommendations, and outlining steps for continuous improvement.
