Change Management Strategy to Reorganize a Customer-Facing Team

The internal strategy and consulting group of an F500 pharma company was restructuring a customer-facing team and needed strategic thinking to craft the vision and change management support. They needed a consultant to help drive the discovery, ideation, and recommendations for the team’s future state to be implemented by their team.

Business Talent Group (BTG) delivered an organizational design and transformation consultant who had done similar work for other life science companies. By conducting interviews with a significant number of key stakeholders, the consultant assessed the current state and designed the potential future state vision, structure, and business processes. The talent then collaborated with management to refine the strategy and begin the change management process.
