The Emerging Technology group of a major life insurance company wanted to apply artificial intelligence to improve efficiency across its business and did not know what tools, processes, or business areas to prioritize. In need of a consultant to assess the current state of the organization, gain alignment with key stakeholders, and develop a go-forward AI vision for the organization, the VP of the group reached out to Business Talent Group. BTG delivered a former AT Kearney partner and disruptive technology executive at an F500 bank. The consultant was able to draw on deep experience leading the planning and application of AI and other advanced technologies in order to help drive the project forward.
