Team of Specialized Consultants for an Opportunity Assessment and Organizational Transformation

The global pricing team of an F500 life science firm wanted to innovate upon any outdated standard processes related to pricing and sought right-fit expertise to assess, support, justify, or futureproof pricing recommendations to attain better business development deals, improve governance, and generally position for success. This 3-phase project would assess capabilities and create a roadmap for an upcoming org-wide transformation.

Business Talent Group (BTG) deployed a team of two consultants: a former McKinsey consultant and pharma executive with deep experience in pricing and access, and a seasoned life sciences consultant with significant in-house experience at leading biotech, pharma, and healthcare companies who specializes in commercial ops, organizational design, and operational effectiveness. The pair assessed the existing org structure and its processes, created a template for insight generation, mapped performance across capability domains (organization, processes, tools, and competencies) and provided recommendations and options to improve and enhance the org design and its overall effectiveness.
