In a competitive and talent-restricted market, finding full-time HR executives to move forward important organizational initiatives was incredibly difficult for the senior HR leaders at a nonprofit health plan, which were understaffed at the management team level.

Business Talent Group projectized the accumulated backlog of work and truly filled a talent void by providing access to a new pool of independent talent previously untapped by the CHRO, which cascaded a series of interim needs within her department. Furthermore, BTG brought much needed relief to an overwhelmed HR team.
