Data-Driven Solutions for an Employee Experience Transformation

An F100 financial services and insurance company was implementing an end-to-end transformation of the employee experience—from job posting to onboarding to employee satisfaction. With a high-level strategy from a Big 3 firm already in hand, the Head of Employee Experience reached out to Business Talent Group in need of an experienced doer to build employee-centric and data-oriented solutions.

BTG delivered a User Experience and Solutions Designer skilled in design, research, training facilitation, and project management across a number of F500 organizations. The consultant was able to remotely support creation of an end-to-end lifecycle experience map, work closely with the onboarding team to provide design support, create journey maps to allow the team to envision the future state, and provide day-to-day support to leadership.
